"I do not recommend staying at this hotel.
The room was extremely cold, and despite calling the reception , our request was ignored. No assistance was provided throughout the night. My family, especially the children, had to endure the cold until morning without any support from the reception or service staff.
Due to this lack of care and responsibility, we decided to leave the hotel and book another one the next day.
This experience was very disappointing and unacceptable for a brand like...
