「Het was een leuk huisje in een heel klein dorp. Hele aardige mensen. Je hebt veel wandelingen in de buurt. Ook ben je dicht bij Mertola. Van de eigenaar kregen we brood en kaas. Het huis heeft alles wat je nodig hebt. Alleen geen verwarming. Dus het is koud in de winter.」

「Das wunderschön (am Ende einer 4 km langen Schotterstrecke, die eine sehr vorsichtige Fahrweise erforderlich macht) gelegene Haus mutet wie eine historische Finca an, ist aber durch Solarenergie-Versorgung auch in neuzeitlicher Weise nutzbar. Sehr freundliche und hilfreiche Betreuung vor Ort! Wunderbar ruhig, "lauteste" Anwohner waren die Tauben auf der anderen Flußseite.」

「A wonderful place in the middle of nature, perfect to slow down... Despite a very hot week with over 40 degrees at times, it was easy to stay on the shady terrace during the day with a little wind. In the mornings and evenings I can recommend to use the available kayak. 「Nous avons de très bonnes vacances dans cette très belle maison. Calme, tranquillité, aucun vis à vis quand nous sommes dans la piscine ou sur la terrasse, tout est bien pensé pour s’y plaire ! Maison totalement équipée (surtout la Clim dans toutes les pièces… et c’est obligatoire dans cette région) Cuisine avec tout le nécessaire à disposition. 「Nous avons été bien reçus par brian et lesley. Le logement était propre, très bien équipé et très confortable. Il ne manquait de rien. Le logement se situe à 15 minutes du village d'ourique, bourg de 5 000 habitants, où on y trouve toutes les commodités pour passer un bon séjour et à une heure des plages. Encore merci à brian et lesley de leur gentillesse et à tous les animaux de la ferme d'avoir égayé notre quotidien (oies, âne, chien, chèvres...).」

「We had a wonderful stay - Lemon Tree Cottage is a perfect base for exploring this beautiful area. Trevor and Alicia are fantastic hosts and provided everything we could possibly need for our holiday - from towels for the pool to deck chairs and beach umbrellas and even a cool box for picnics. They live on site so are nearby to sort out any issues - particularly useful if you lock yourselves out on the first day, as we did! (Tip - take the keys outside with you so you can always get back...
