「The room was located very close to the bar area, so noise from outside was clearly audible. In addition, I did not receive a receipt at checkout. When I later called the front desk to request it, the process took a long time and the staff’s attitude was not very helpful. I eventually received the receipt, but the overall service experience was disappointing.」

「The property is old, room is okay, the bed sheets are small to the mattress. Furnitures at the breakfast area are very old and worn! And breakfast ends too early at 9am on weekdays. Even McDonald’s breakfast ends at 10am.」

「Staff was amazing and very helpful. Room cleaning is only every 3 days, so we had to ask for supplies at the front desk, but they were very always fast and efficient at getting us what we needed.」
