「Main lobby bar had horrible smell」

「Was perfect for our mini break. Only a short travel time from the airport. We were greeted with a very warm welcome and staff were attentive and helpful throughout. Lovely beach with clear sea and lots of different areas of loungers. A panoramic view from our room just like the picture. Massage was great too. Thank you.」

「Great location for the airport, lovely staff and a very enjoyable breakfast」

「The bedroom was clean, but the bathroom needed a more thorough cleaning. The edges of the shower were dirty, and the sink also needed to be cleaned better.」

「位置非常好，就在海边，坐在海边早餐的感觉很好。酒店整体设计布局很有格调。房间本身也不错，干净舒适，设施齐全。」

While Expedia’s customer service team was very helpful and responsive after our stay, the hotel failed to deliver a 5-star experience and refused to take any accountability. Despite advertising that facilities remain open through October, we experienced a drastically reduced service because we were told it was "out of season." We chose this resort specifically for the beach club, but after our initial inquiry on the Expedia...
