This condo location is perfect for the golfer in you due to the proximity to the golf courses. Marilyn Park is just a small walk down the hill, which has a huge play structure, sand volleyball court, full size basketball court, large covered picnic area and lots of green grass. You will definitely enjoy your time away in Mesquite.

Primary bedroom is furnished with a Rejuven 8 king size bed and a Roku TV. En-suite bath access with a large walk in shower. Hangers, linens and towels are provided! The secondary bedroom is furnished with a Full bed and another Roku TV. The living room is perfect to watch the game or your favorite movie with a large sectional with two reclining sections.
Please call the office to ensure this property has Cable TV or Streaming only or both.

We have an abundance of sunshine and seven 'world class' championship golf courses, resort casinos/spas and much, much more. Mesquite is conveniently located on Interstate 15, just 80 miles from Las Vegas and 36 miles from St. George, Utah. Beautiful sunsets and unsurpassed vistas abound. Within a couple hours drive you can hike Zion Canyon National Park, Grand Canyon or visit the Valley of Fire. If nightlife is your game Mesquite has a number of casinos resorts offering excitement 24 hours, every day of the year.

Stayed for Football Tournament

Overall decent property. The upstairs neighbors were extremely noisy early in the morning and sometimes late at night. I found 2 baby scorpions, one on my bed and one on my suitcase. That left me pretty freaked out and I am so thankful no one was stung. Property was hard to find at night.

Comfortable and Homie

This condominium was comfortable and had a homie feel to it the whole trip. It is right around the corner from two of the casinos, and 12 minutes away from the Mesquite Regional Sports and Event Complex, which is while we were in town. The condominium has everything you would need to cook meals or heat up leftovers. The couches in the living room are extremely comfortable, we took a few pre-bedtime naps on them. The beds in both rooms are adjustable, which was nice since I have a tough time sleeping while away from home. The bedrooms do have extra blankets and pillows in the closets, which is nice. The rooms only have blinds, so if you are out late know that you will be woken up by the sun coming in through the cracks, there are no curtains to block the light. There were some dreadful things about this condominium though, and they all are in the bathroom. While both the master bathroom and the hall bathroom both have walk-in showers, the drains in both showers do not drain so water pools up at your feet. There are no handles to open the showers from the inside, just a little finger hole which is hard to find if you have soap on your face or do not have your glasses on. The owners did have a non-name brand of Drano, under the one sink, we ended up using in the master bathroom, it helped a tiny bit. In the hall bathroom there is what looks to be a handicap handlebar but it is so far from the shower it is useless, and there is a handicap handlebar in the shower but it is so hi

Fun in mesquite

This unit was clean and comfortable... the only complaint was the kitchen could use a few more pots and pans... specifically a large pot to cook pasta... also better knives for cutting... pool area is nice but large rock water feature is dangerous and warming sign is ignored which made for an uncomfortable environment

Clean, has everything you need. Close to Vegas, Zion, and Grand Canyon. Was here for work but couldn't help to see the sights too. Great stay.
