We were at the property only one night, and a trip from Las Vegas to Kanab. We stayed in the two-room apartment and really liked it. Also, the cafe attached to the condotel was very good for breakfast. We would definitely stay here again.

The place seems to be a home for older folks, but we visited with our 2 young grandkids and had a blast. Our 2 BR, 2ba using was awesome. And the entire place, pools, hot tub were immaculate.

So much better than a Hotel with a lot more character, bigger space and more comfortable. The pool was really nice and the staff are incredibly friendly.

I enjoyed the two bedrooms. The staff is friendly. The restaurant was very good. Sitting by the pool in the late afternoon sun was such a treat in January.

Keep in mind, they are currently updating a lot of things which impact my review. Checking in, they asked to make paper copies of my credit card and ID. I was not OK with that. The first room they gave me the peephole hardware was missing and anybody in the hallway could look straight into the room and I had to request a new room, Their first suggestion was just to put a Post-it note over it. I was definitely not OK with that. Second room was totally fine until I got up in the morning and there was no hot water. So, no shower. I did call the emergency number at night to let them know because I was leaving before somebody would be at the front desk. When I called to follow up later, they offered me a $20 discount. I said not for $150 room and requested $50. They returned my call later and said that they would do the $50 refund. I think once they’re done with the remodeling, this could be a really nice place to stay. The bathroom in the room I was at was handicapped accessible with a seat in the shower so it would be great for people with those needs. There was no carpet on the hallway yet upstairs so I would be leery if you have little ones with you until they are finished with the remodel. The receptionist was very nice.

We had a very nice stay in our suite. We had a full kitchen to cook our dinner and plenty of room to spread out. Bed and furniture was comfortable. Just a quick one night stay on the last leg of our cross country trip. The building was being remodeled, but it didn’t affect our stay at all. It was quiet and our room/condo was great.
