  • Our beautiful home is located minutes from all things Mesquite in a quiet neighborhood. We're close to 7 golf courses, shopping, casinos, restaurants, biking, hiking and ATV trails. You can enjoy all the fun in Mesquite or drive 30 minutes to St. George and Zions area. It is about 60 minutes to Las Vegas. Or there is a sun room off the family room where you can relax and enjoy the privacy of the backyard. Sorry, but NO PARTIES! Pool/property are to be used by only the 8 guests occupying the vacation rental. Security cameras in use outside as well as in the garage and sunroom. Thank you.

Soccer Getaway

Great place to stay for a soccer tournament weekend. So clean and welcoming. We all enjoyed our stay. Wish it had been warmer to use the pool out back. Very nice place. Didn’t disappoint!

I would stay again!

It was beautiful everything we needed in one home for a little getaway, the kids loved the sunroom & watched tv in there instead of the living room. It was too cold for a swim, but the pool is BEAUTIFUL! I will plan to book a year from now for the same event

This is our second visit to this property, as it is one of our favorites. We will return as long as we are able to play golf. The house is clean and well maintained and we love the quiet neighborhood.

Not accurate description or pictures

I’m not someone who lives on my phone. We made this reservation the week of. Pool was pictured. It was under construction which we woke up to at 7am drilling and workers screaming at each other. I found the email sent the night before letting us out of our rent agreement when we arrived. Regardless, we didn’t have a choice. We were offered a refund if we left a night early, however our team made it to the championship game so leaving at 730 at night was unrealistic. Beds were not comfortable and you felt the other person even twitch. Main suite was HOT but other queen bedroom was freezing. “Modern updates” were hand painted cupboards, faucets and shower (black paint on the outside and gold inside). Kitchen was min stocked. Pictures vs what you got/paid for were two different things. For the price don’t recommend, lots of dishonesty and lack of transparency. However, they did say that after we brought many of these things to their attention they stated that they were “grateful and did let future booked guests know more details”

This house was perfect for our weekend full of birthday celebrations and a soccer tournament! 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a cozy living room, decent sized kitchen, with a table and chairs. The bonus was the pool and enclosed sunroom! The host were very quick to respond and very helpful! Check in and check out instructions were posted and very clear and easy to understand. The house was very clean and organized. 3 kids and 4 adults and we all enjoyed our stay here. We would stay here again! We hope this house is an option in the future if/when we come back for a soccer tournament!

Awesome experience

Very easy and in a great location. Nice, up kept home on a corner lot which made for great parking with the RZR trailers!!! Golf coures so close. One thing though......... weird knocking on the back windows and back doors 3 out of 5 nights. If ghosts..... well more the merrier!!! We will rent again.

This was absolutely perfect for our stay in Mesquite! My mom whom we were visiting lives just around the corner so the location was perfect as well as the size and layout of the home! We go to Mesquite often and will look for this listing first every time!
