This single-story house features high-end furnishings, a 19'x45' private saltwater outdoor pool and a built-in hot tub, 3 Smart TVs including a 77" LG OLED, and stunning mountain views. Keep busy with outdoor games, Xbox, boardgames, and puzzles. The well-stocked kitchen allows you to prepare your favorite foods, and there are enough dishes to serve your whole group. Beat the heat with central air, shaded windows, and blackout curtains.



Step into this breathtaking one-story home with 11.5' ceilings and 8' doors lending to an open floor plan perfect for entertaining.

Three bedrooms allow ample space for larger groups.

Room one has a King sized bed and a twin rollaway cot. It also has an en suite bathroom.

Room two has two queen beds and an en suite bathroom.

Room three is set up with two twin over full bunk beds with a pack-n-play available.

A queen sized blow up air mattress and bedding is available for all stays.

The guest bathroom is split with a door to separate the bathtub/shower/toilet from the sink.

The kitchen has an oven, microwave, cooktop, air fryer, Instant Pot, CrockPot, coffee station (drip and k-cup), a sizable pantry, and so much more.

Outside you can really relax with luxurious poolside amenities while enjoying your mountain view. Including various lounging chairs, a dining area, a propane operated fireplace, and BBQ grill. The pool has a stay-cool deck with an option for heating (available March - October for an additional fee). Yard games are also available with a generous outdoor playing area!

All guests will have access to the entire home, all outdoor amenities, and the oversized, three-car garage. There is one indoor closet and two cabinets in the garage that are locked for owner use.

For your security, there are 6 exterior, outward facing cameras.



This home is close to golf courses, restaurants, and grocery stores; you won't find a better place to stay.
