Villa with spacious outdoor areas and swimming pool. The villa is situated on a low hill overlooking the sea, 200 mt., The Calabrian coast and the Aeolian Islands. It 'a comfortable and relaxing environment. Located on three floors: the living area with kitchen, living room and bathroom, sleeping area with lounge and bathroom, attic. Annexe with living room and bathroom. outdoor kitchen with grill and oven. It is about 10 minutes by car from the Ganzirri lakes.

Notre séjour.

Magnifique endroit avec une vue exceptionnelle à 180 degrés sur la mer. La maison n’est pas parfaite et mériterait un bon coup de jeune mais rien que sa situation suffit à palier à ce défaut. Nous avons passé deux semaines de parfaite détente avec une disponibilité exceptionnelle de la part des personnes en charge de son entretien.

Pictures are deceiving

The view was beautiful. The house needs a lot of maintenance and upgrading. We were told there was air conditioning. Only three separate units which when turned on the circuit breaker would break and no electricity throughout the house. Only two at a time could be turned on. It was very hot. One of the bathrooms had a very awful smell. We couldn't use it so we were six people to one bathroom without air. The kitchen cabinets smelled of old mildew and pots pans and dishes smelled the same. We were told she would have wifi installed by end of June. She told us the installers were all booked. We found out the whole area didn't have wifi. She finally got us a hot spot which only lasted two days. ( four children using I pads). The Pool smelled of petroleum (not chlorine) which came from the pellets used. A lot of paint peeling off the walls outside. VRBO should have people inspecting homes before listing I must say that the owner was very helpful and tried solving all those issues. However the house is old and needs a lot of upgrading which needs to be done before renting again
