Meta beach was lovely and had some lovely bars and restaurants. It is not a tourist town, but everyone was really friendly. Would recommend also visiting Piano and Sant Agnello too.

We loved the overall feel of apartment but I think our vent may be shared with the neighbouring apartment of a smoker. This was the worst part of our stay as it smelt of smoke. Other than this, it was very nice.

Meta is about 5 minutes on the train from Sorrento and about 20 minutes from Pompeii so a good bas3 to explore from. Although quite noisy during the day it is very quiet at night. There are a couple of small supermarkets nearby and enough restaurants
