Upstairs noise

The floor creeks and noise was mental. Couldnt sleep till people above us stopped walking around. Parts of the floor sounded like it was about to cave in. The cleaners miss alot and dont move furniture to clean or go above where they cant reach obviously as alot of bugs stuck on walls up in corners, heaps of dust and bugs on the oven rangehood and top of fridge. Rubbish left under furniture. Its a lovely place so should be kept to its best standards that it holds. Playground on the grounds which was awesome for kids, everything else for our stay was great. Just more attention to cleaning and maybe look into the floors between upstairs and downstairs. At night its very quiet so its very frustrating to be on holiday and the creeks of the floor and people walking around upstairs keeping us awake.
