「We loved our Memorial Day weekend stay in Viewtopia! Clean, comfortable, well appointed, and if you love sitting on the deck watching cruise ships, this is the place for you. Close enough to downtown that we left our car parked and walked to dinner, shopping, etc. Drove to Settler's Cove for hiking, and to Herring Cove to look for bears (a little bit too early yet). We really enjoy Ketchikan and will definitely stay in Viewtopia again.」

「This is the perfect property for a stay in Ketchikan! It has such a beautiful view from the kitchen that never gets old. It’s a very clean and comfortable house that has everything you need. The hosts were out of town during our stay in March, but sister Liz was there for us. Wonderful people and always available if needed. I can highly recommend this home for either a couple or larger family!」

「Location was great. Enjoyed walking next door at the Potlatch Totem Park. All colors of starfish along the waters edge at low tide. Booking experience was great. One bed great the other bed not so great. Can’t say enough about the awesome view, and very quiet.」

「I have to say that staying on a yacht in Alaska is something everyone should do. What a beautiful boat in beautiful surroundings. I was worried the four of us would be crowded, but there was so much room. We loved hanging out outside and inside. We cooked breakfast, grilled burgers and relaxed to watch movies at night. Such a fun stay and Russell was always available and really accommodating.」

「Alaska was the 50th state for 83 yr old Dad to vist and we chose Ketchikan. Captain John was very helpful and accommodating. The place was clean, charming, and a great place for our group of 6 adults to relax and plan our excursions. The view is AMAZING! Location is perfect for our needs. I would stay here again and I highly recommended this place.」

「Everything was exactly as advertised. Clean and comfortable. Location requires a rental car, but since we had one, it worked just fine. We enjoyed being so close to Herring Cove where we could watch the bears and eagles first thing every morning, and last thing every evening. Can't walk to the ocean, as the forest is too thick. View is beautiful, tho.」
