「We only had a short time to go to the beach and we were pleasantly surprised to find such a perfect place to stay on such short notice. The condo is very nice and right on the beach. 「Property wasn’t clean when we finally got the keys around 5:15. Had to leave after a 13 hour drive with kids so that it could be somewhat cleaned. The floors was so nasty. No decent broom for us to sweep n No dustpan. Not kid friendly nail sticking up on top bottom stairs, outside outlet not safe, ice maker didn’t work (spent extra money buying ice), grill didn’t work (spent extra money buying charcoal n lighter fluid) ants everywhere, upstairs shower didn’t drain, walkway to the beach is not...

「We loved our stay at this property. It was quiet, peaceful, CLEAN, and cared for. Fantastic location with access to the beach, the cape, and the state park. We enjoyed time in the pool, playing pickleball, and sitting by the pond watching the turtles. We loved the close access to the bike path (we rented bikes for the week through San Flea).
