"We were fortunate that our party of 13, became a party of 9. A water leak made the finished basement, pretty unusable. We also had a bathroom issue on the 1st floor as well. There were some cleanliness issues with the grill as well. Once you get past all of that, the kids had a blast, we got the heated pool rolling and they were able to have their own space.
