This great villa is very comfortable and, so to speak, with a great view of the Étang de Thau, which lies at your feet! Ideal for sun holidays with family or friends. The Étang de Thau is the largest pond/lagoon in the Languedoc (19 km long, 5 km wide). It is a popular attraction for both coastal residents and tourists. The accommodation is luxuriously furnished and equipped with all comforts. Spend the evenings by the fireplace or enjoy a glass of wine from the beautiful terrace. Air conditioning provides cooling on hot summer days, but a dip in the private swimming pool is also possible. From the luxurious kitchens (both inside and outside) to lovely sun loungers, a cozy living room, a washing machine and a beautiful garden. All the ingredients for a great time are there! An optional utilities and service package of EUR 250,00 can be selected prior to your arrival. You will receive a separate communication with the payment link should you wish to include it.
This package ensures a seamless stay and conveniently covers services such as final cleaning, utility consumption, service support, and protection against minor damages or incidental costs during your stay.
Guests who prefer may manage these services independently, provided the property is returned in good order at check-out.
