On departure he seemed even more disinterested and could not be bothered to direct me to the restuarant for breakfast. At breakfast found weevils in the cereal. The only redeeming quality of the service at the place was the Bar-keep and the Chef who cooked dinner as well as the cleanliness of the room. 」

Seemed to be newer with a good air conditioner and was clean. This is not a true boutique hotel but more like a rental of a large 1 bedroom 2 story townhouse in a gated townhouse community on a hilltop.
