“Amazing experience at the Moore , Miami design district. Great, friendly, helpful staff. Dreamy beds. The attention to detail with the chocolates at bedside everyday was such a great treat. The hotel is within walking distance from many high end and contemporary stores as well as restaurants and museums. “We booked this place based on its great reviews, though our first impression was a bit confusing. The gate was closed and it didn’t feel very inviting at first. There was a number to text, so we reached out, and within a few minutes we were greeted and let in.
Once inside, we were pleasantly surprised. We really loved the place, the room was clean and comfortable, and the garden was beautiful. Overall, it turned out to be a wonderful stay.”

“This was the worst hotel experience I've had in all my travels. I had registered as a member in the hotel's app and selected room 1813 on the 18th floor a day in advance. The room was available at the time, and the number was very meaningful to us. But when we arrived at the hotel, the front desk told us that someone had already checked in and arranged for us to go to a room on the 5th floor facing the street. The room was not well soundproofed and was noisy all night long. We didn't sleep well……
