Seacoast Suites is an oceanfront property located in mid Miami Beach, on Collins avenue between Indian Creek Bay and the Atlantic Ocean. We are minutes North from South Beach’s famed clubs & restaurants, and a couple of miles South from The Shoppes at Bal Harbour and Aventura Mall. However, the best part of this location is the beach front access, just a walk downstairs. Building amenities include: swimming pool, gym, spa(by appointment) and tikki bar open 7 days a week as well as restaurant open on weekends from 8am to 1pm. 2 Beach and pool chairs per suite are included based on availability .
Each unit comes with a kitchen including a dishwasher, oven and a microwave.
Check in time is 4pm and check out time is 10am .For any request like crib, early check-in/ late check out please contact Seacoast Suites.
Self parking is available for $30 daily on Site. Package storage fee $5

Best thing about the apartment was The View. It had a nice view of the beach. The apartment has two bedrooms and sleeps six, however only two chairs on the balcony. There was no TV in one of the bedrooms. We did not have enough towels upon check-in for six people, I had to track down towels by going to the laundry and asking for more towels. There are very few amenities in the condo. I saw two wine glasses and three water glasses, not sure if you could cook in this unit with the supplies that were available.The blinds on the ocean facing windows were missing multiple slats so were useless as far as keeping Sun out in the morning.Overall our stay was just okay. This is a property that could be extremely nice if a little effort was put into keeping it up to date. Fresh paint and removing old worn dirty carpeting would help. For example the restaurant also had curtains hanging off the rods, that would easily have been rectified if someone had paid a little attention to it.The unit had two entry doors, one had a deadbolt the other was just a flimsy lock that anyone could open with a credit card. So was not secure.Please be aware if you are staying in mid Beach there are very few walkable places to eat or have a drink. We attempted to use the free trolley a few times but it was always packed with people and we just got passed by. We did successfully use it once.

There was no heat in the room. The temperature never got any higher that 55 degrees inside. Very cold. More cups, dishes and silverware were needed. There were only two of each in the kitchen.

There were so many issues with this experience. This wasn’t the usual VRBO experience, this was a hotel booking rooms through VRBO. The location was ok, but everything else was not good. The kitchen has a bare minimum of silverware and dishes. What few pots and pans were supplied were in terrible condition and the first time we tried to make eggs the teflon in the pan peeled off and ruined them. We saw roaches in the kitchen and bathroom, the beds were hard, and only very thin blankets were provided. Additionally, the internet was ridiculously slow and they only give you a coupon for 4 devices. I was working on this trip and so didn’t have a chance to try their beach access or other amenities, but this is the first and last time I stay here.

The location was amazing but there were no wash cloths ..and we could not get clean towls until the next day or a blanket . They asked us how many people i told them 7 and we only had 5 towls and 2 hand towls ..
