This was hands down the most disgusting hotel I have ever stayed at. We booked the Family Studio Suite (suitable for 6 people). There was black mold everywhere, and you could clearly see they had just painted over severe water damage. The ceiling was literally sinking in from it. The room smelled damp and moldy the entire time, and there were even spores growing in the lock box. To make things worse, there were bugs flying around in the room and crawling on the beds. This room was in unacceptable conditions for any guest. After seeing the state of the room, we went straight to the front desk for assistance. The staff there could barely speak any English, which made it nearly impossible to communicate the seriousness of the issues. We asked for a refund right then and there, and they verbally agreed to give it to us. However, no refund was ever processed, and once we left, they completely stopped responding to any of our attempts to follow up. The phone number listed for the hotel does not work, it only goes straight to a voicemail that no one ever answered. We even reached out to Expedia, but they did nothing to help either. Save yourself the nightmare and DO NOT book this hotel.

Staff was good. Rooms need to be completely remodeled. Paint chipped, a/c not working, flooring damaged and missing. The property is being renovated so hopefully these get fixed.

not good at all dirty rooms, dirty beds, blood on sheets, i'm ripped sheets, entrance fallen apart. No AC. very bad crazy that expedia even allows it to be on their website. is not what the pic are at all false advertisement.

So when we got there, the first thing that hit us was the smell of mold. Then, walking to the front desk, you had to watch out for the floor bubbles from humidity or water damage. Check-in was fast, but walking to our room on the first floor was a disaster zone. The stairs were sketchy, and the hallway had holes. The room was filthy, the floors and bathroom hadn't been cleaned in ages. The tub looked better *after* we showered. Oh, and there was a leak from upstairs, so my suitcase kept getting dripped on. But hey, the water pressure in the shower was amazing! The room was freezing, which was kinda nice on a hot Miami day. The bedsheets seemed clean, at least. We only stayed one night, but we're definitely not going back.

Everything was terrible! The entire hotel smells of dampness, the rooms were dirty and flooded, and the air conditioning was the worst — you could barely breathe in the room. They should close the place and do proper maintenance before receiving any more guests because people’s health is at risk. We had to immediately switch to another hotel.

This place needs to be REVAMPED! Here is the review you need: you will not get a refund/cancel. So I’m telling you now do not do it. The floors have cracks. The people in the front office are NEVER available, they are always disappearing. IF you just so happen to stay here the bed in comfortable, but that’s literally about it.
