Great place to stay

This property is beautiful, just as it’s shown in the pictures. The location is perfect, a block away from the beach and you are on the intercostal water way. It’s a perfect location to view sunrises over the ocean, and beautiful sunsets. The host was phenomenal. Was easy to check in and out. The host was very receptive and was eager to help with any issues. We had a minor issue with the TV, host had a service person respond out within an hour and the problem was fixed. I would highly recommend renting this beautiful property.

Great time in Hollywood Beach

This property was lovely. It was close to the beach and the views were unmatched. The only problem was it took a long time to get an elevator on a busy weekend. Everything else was perfect.

Amazing View

Nice apartment with wonderful view. Positive: - Apartment lay out, beds, TVs in all rooms, towels - Definitely the 180 degrees view - Building and amenities. Need improvement: - Definitely cleanliness. Floors, external body of toilets, windows, dust below sofas, balcony floor (don’t go barefoot). - Plastic cover of sofa - Skillets may be replaced. In general the apartment is nice and comfortable but as noted need some minor improvements and attention on cleanliness.

Stunning views

We had a great stay at this vacation rental. The apartment was just like the pictures. The views were stunning. The apartment was clean. The beds were very comfy. A few minor things: a few items were missing like no extra kitchen trash bags, no laundry detergent, not enough face tissue (though there were 2 boxes in the master bathroom there were just a few tissues in each of them). Apart rom those minor things, overall it's a great place to stay in and so I give a 5 star rating.

Not our style

If you are looking for city life with close proximity to the beach, this is your place. It was noisy outside, lots of honking and fire truck noise, although most of the noise was blocked by thick sliding doors, we like to be able to have doors open to hear the ocean. it is only a few minutes walk to the beach, but there is a busy road that must be crossed to get there. beach is pretty busy, tho, they do include two chairs and umbrella and four towels in the price. I felt that the condo was a bit understocked with items that would be needed for Any length of stay. Though they did respond very timely when we needed things addressed. I chose this particular condo because of the extra amenities with the tennis court, racquetball and basketball. But I wish it would’ve mentioned that you had to schedule time to use them. as for the check in, there was very little information at the desk and no information in the condo about how the facility runs. Overall, I just felt like it wasn’t very homey as other places we have stayed at. But that could be because it’s a high-rise hotel and it was our first time staying at a place like that. Just know ahead of time there’s not gonna be the personal touch that you feel with a home or smaller condo building. Also, a big must to know is that you have no other choice than to valet your car. it was a fairly smooth process, but you need to give them about 5 to 10 minutes notice before you want your car, it can be pricey.

Wonderful stay in Hallandale Beach with Family*

I will leave a detailed description of our recent Spring Break trip at this property. Did we like it? Would we recommend to others? Would we go again? Yes, Yes and Yes. Overall, the unit is wonderful. The size of the property is great. The balconies and view are also amazing. Communication (A+) No matter when we needed to contact them, they replied quickly and addressed any issues we had. Perfect! Location (Grade A). A 5 minute walk to the beach. Great view of the ocean and inter coastal. Balcony (Grade A) The balcony itself is huge and a wrap around. Issue: only two chairs and a table, and two leisure chairs. More sitting would be helpful Kitchen (Grade B+) Kitchen size/quality is great. Really needs more utensils. No baking pan. No spatula, no measuring cup. Lots of plates, glasses and forks, etc. Living/Dinning area (Grade A) When the sliding doors are open on both sides, its fantastic. Dinning table for 6 was nice. Couch is an issue. Very small and wrapped in a cheap vinyl protector. Not enough space for 4 people. Bedrooms (Grade A) Beds in both rooms are nice. Simply appointed, but got the job done. Bedroom with pullout is small, but nice. Bathrooms (Grade A) Master bathroom very nice. Washer/Dryer (A/D-) washer fine. Dryer was very loud and barely worked Elevators (F----) They need many more elevators. Sometimes a HUGE wait. ADVICE... sometimes better to go up, so you can go down. Many times, couldn't fit on some going down.
