Everything gets a 5 star LITERALLY .! Especially Approaching the front desk space…looks like a luxury resort . The housekeepers did a GREAT job . The ensured the rooms STAYED clean…The staff were good…everyone was always clean, dressed nice looking good . The breakfast was on and the balcony was a nice place with an AWSOME view

Rooms were clean. The bartender Chris was extremely helpful with tips on how to use the transportation system. Alain was compassionate and efficient when I checked in. Room was quiet and the view from the suite was amazing. Breakfast was average but hot and fresh.

The room I stayed in was great, all you could need in a room for a short vacation. It was comfortable and the view was beautiful. The location of the hotel is ideal, next to Brickell Station, groceries and pharmacies. The staff was generally helpful. The breakfast was limited but tasted good. I would definitely stay at Atwell again because the location is ideal and the neighbourhood feels safe.
