Fully equipped apartment in the Tides condominium in Hollywood Beach, with direct access to the beach, two heated pools, parking, gym, cafeteria and much more!
Everything you need for a perfect family vacation, combining beach, pool, rest and shopping in Miami.

The Space:
Fully equipped kitchen with hob, oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher and small appliances. You can make your own meals here.
In the dining room we have a table and chairs to eat with the family, and in the living room a sofa bed y TV with cable.
In the bedroom there are two queen size beds and storeage space.
Full bathroom with bathtub.
Air conditioning that you can regulate.
Beach chairs, umbrella, beach and pool towels.
Linen (sheets and towels) and coats for beds available.
For the little ones we have a high chair and a travel cot.
If you need anything else, just ask our host, who will be available throughout your stay.

Guest Access:
From the condo you can directly access the beach, this building is on the sea! Two heated pools next to the beach. Paid parking. Gym. Cafeteria and mini market with delivery to the apartment, the beach or the pool. Wifi in all spaces. Laundry room with paid washing machines and dryers on each floor.
24 hour surveillance.

The Neighborhood:
Located just minutes from stores like Best Buy, Target, Marshalls, Burlington, Ross and supermarkets such as Walmart (open 24h), Publix, Whole Foods Market.
Is just minutes away from Hollywood Boulevard and Boardwalk, both known for its bars and restaurants.

These rates are beyond our control, they are set by the condominium and may change without notice. Increases are usually moderate.

To pay at Front Desk:
Key access to the Condominium and Amenities Usd 30 (each key) - 1 key is needed every 2 peolple older than 14 years old.
Parking is not included in the rental price:
1 week (from 1 to 7 days) $ 100
2 weeks (from 8 to 14 days) $ 125
3 weeks (from 15 to 21 days) $ 150
4 weeks (from 22 to 28 days) $ 175

Guests must wear a condo bracelet.

Comunal laundry room, wash or dry $2 each.
Reception of packages in the Condominium $ 7 (one time each package).
