I stayed at this property in 2025 and it was great. Host quickly responded to my one issue. 2026 was 180 degrees different. Upon arriving, I couldn’t access the apartment. The host gave me the wrong number code, which he addressed. No big deal. However, I could not access the internet to use my laptop, same for streaming on the tv, and the safe was locked. Despite numerous attempts to call, text, and message the host, I was unable to resolve any of these problems. I had to carry my laptop and valuables everywhere, and I couldn’t work in the apartment over three days. I asked the host for a partial refund, but he ghosted me.

We stayed here for 8 nights because it was one of the more affordable options for the length of our trip. Overall, it was okay, but there were definitely some downsides.The biggest issue was cleanliness. When we arrived, the room and bathroom were not very clean — there was hair everywhere and the sheets didn’t seem properly cleaned. We were also only provided with half a roll of toilet paper and ended up having to buy our own. For an 8-night stay, only 2 towels and 2 washcloths were provided, and if we wanted clean towels we had to physically leave the room and pay to do laundry ourselves.Beach chairs were included, which was nice, but only one of them was actually usable. The WiFi also barely worked the entire stay. Our phones would connect, but nothing would really load, so we usually just turned WiFi off completely. The TV wouldn’t stay connected either, so on rainy days we couldn’t even watch movies or relax in the room.Overall, it wasn’t the worst place to stay, but it definitely could have been cleaner and better maintained.

Listed as 1 bedroom. Its not, studio or better an efficientcy. Pay attention to square footage. Didn't register with me. Building staff was excelent. Carpets in need of shampooing. Window view is of another hotel.Stovetop would not even boil water after being on for 30 minutes. Didn't even have a toaster.Cost for this property overpriced by at least 25%. Add 35 a day for parking. Was very disapointed.Call VRBO, got someone who English was a second language and waisted my time there. Look else where.
