不满意：清洁度
Not what was expected!
1) Immediately upon entering the apartment, there was a horrible smell that was so overpowering the place needed to be aired out. It smelled like wet dog and musty as though no A/C was on. We had to use Febreze, which I had to go out and buy, ultimately to get rid of the small. It was on the sheets and permeated the entire apartment. We still never completely got rid of the smell.
2) We found only 4 large towels; there were no hand towels or dish towels to wash/dry the dishes or shower. my wife was going through a medical procedure and needed to wash with hibiclens the night before and the morning of and there were no washcloths or hand towels.; We had to go to target to buy them. I would have brought some with me if I had known.
3) The toaster and coffee pot would not work initially and there were no coffee filters for the coffee pot. I had to go out and buy coffee filters. It took me a day to figure it out, but the GFCI must have been tripped before we got there. I rest it and everything worked after that.
4) There was no bar soap in either of the bathrooms. I had to go out and buy soap.
5) The furniture clearly was cheap and of poor quality and some of it still had the go-by-the-numbers attached to the frames. The couch was so low to the ground we could not sit on in comfortably.
6) The guest beds were so uncomfortable and of cheap quality they had springs coming out of them. They could not be used, and I had to go out and buy an areobed.
