The Space:
Cozy Apartment with the following setup:
Bedroom: King Size Bed (2pp), Smart TV (Roku login w/ own credentials), nightstands, lamps, dresser, full body mirror, ceiling fan.
Bathroom: with toiletries (towels, bodywash)
Living room with SofaBed (2pp)
Dining area
Kitchen Fully Stocked

Brickell City Center is block away
Downtown is 5 min driving

Pets are welcome!
We charge a pet fee of $145 per pet/stay/cleaning. Any damage or complaint in the property due to bringing your pet(s) can be reflected in extra charges or cancellation. Please let us know when you're bringing them, if you bring more than one pet, the platform automatically collect's the first pet's fee, so we'll collect the additional pet fees separately.

-Parking is in a first-come, first-serve basis.
-We have internet TV with Hulu, Netflix and live Xfinity TV which you can get to from the Roku homepage, you must use your own credentials to login in these platforms.

*RAINSTORM or HURRICANE POLICY:
No refunds will be given unless:
The state or local authorities order mandatory evacuations in a "Tropical Storm/Hurricane
Warning area" and/or
A "mandatory evacuation order has been given for the Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning" area of residence of a vacationing guest.
The day that the authorities order a mandatory evacuation order in a "Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning," area, we will refund:
Any unused portion of rent from a guest currently registered.
Any unused portion of rent from a guest that is scheduled to arrive, and wants to shorten the stay, to come in after the Hurricane Warning is lifted; and any advance rents collected or deposited for a reservation that is scheduled to arrive during the "Hurricane Warning" period.

Nice location

The apartment has a nice location, easy to get around (though parking can sometimes be difficult). The window AC units are very loud, I wouldn't have wanted to stay here in the hotter months when AC would need to be used all the time, but otherwise it was a fine place to stay for a few nights.

The apartment is in a good location. I stayed in apartment 4, which was perfect. The place is clean and beautifully decorated, and the kitchen is fully equipped. I will try to book again in the future if I go back to Miami.

We had a great stay here

This is a cute condo and David was a kind and responsive host. We originally chose this location because the bus to Key Biscayne is so close, although we ended up renting a car because of COVID. It was an easy drive to Key Biscayne where we daily hiked and laid on the beach. A note that the water pressure and hot water in the shower was very good. The condo was immaculately clean. Thank you to our hosts!

Brickell Bliss

This property has it all! Easy access to grocery, public transport, and 2 short blocks from the Brickell shoreline walk (excellent evening activity!) and a stones throw away from some of the best dining and bars in Brickell! The property was clean, quiet, and very comfortable for working professionals. I cannot wait to stay here again!
