Good for single male traveller but would be tough as a couple - conditions were fine but the bathroom & shower are extremely tight to move around in. Good location in little Havana, there are good restaurants locally and the location is about equal proximity to both bayfront/downtown & airport.

We selected this hotel as a last-minute option due to travel delays caused by a winter storm. The hotel is conveniently located near the airport, and the rooms were clean and matched the images provided. Although the showers were small, they were sufficient for a quick shower before heading to the airport. We did have a concern upon arrival. One of the rooms had an unlocked back door which we were able to lock and one of the windows could not be secured, which worried us about unauthorized access to the room. The booking process was straightforward, and the staff were responsive to messages through the portal. We booked two rooms, each with a booking confirmation code, but we initially received only one room access code. Despite multiple communications with the staff, they initially responded rudely, insisting that both codes had been sent. After persistent follow-up, they eventually resent the second code, and the check-in process proceeded smoothly thereafter. It is advisable for the hotel management to address guest concerns promptly and consider guest feedback seriously, even if it seems there might be a discrepancy from their perspective.

The check-in process was relatively simple, except that I had to wait 30 mins after check-in time for instructions on how to enter. The space was clean, with a nice kitchen. I am 5’6” 115 lbs and the bathroom and shower space was tight for me. If you’re any bigger, I don’t know how you would be able to move around the space. I wasn’t able to take a shower because there was no hot water. Also, I was informed I could not put toilet paper in the toilet. The unit was also very cold at night because the seal on the door was broken, allowing cold air to seep into the room all night long. If you want hot showers and to move around freely in the bathroom, and a warm room in the winter, I would recommend staying somewhere else.

This hotel was just as pictured and neighborhood seemed safe and short walk to 8th street. The bathroom is small/tight space but the room was large. Only issue was that we were missing the appropriate size top sheet for our bed.

Staff on site was lacking and did not speak English. We waited 24 hours for 2 additional towels. On the first night we were told they overbooked and we had to leave. I stood my ground since we were working during Art Basel. Then after all that- we were a bit late on checkout and they told us after 12 they will charge. I will not be staying there again.

Pros: there was a bed, a good AC and It was two miles from the venue, so the uber was cheap. Ordered door dash 2x times and both came early (some of them show up on a scooter) Cons: there was a ongoing humming sound from something near the kitchen...All..night...long. Its a very tiny tiny bathroom, sink, 2 towels (still wet from washing, not fully dry), chickens and roosters roaming all over the area; one of which woke my husband up at 5 am, the walls are paper thin so we could hear the family next door and the children yelling/playing all morning. The neighborhood is very sketchy, although there is a locked fence with a few units you would miss it if you blinked. No actual sign that indicates where you're at. Coffee maker BUT no coffee, only 2 pillows provided, the bathroom was soaked after one shower. The toilet was very tiny, and the toilet seat cover was smaller than the actual toilet. No shelves in the shower to put things. We were only there for one night. Wouldn't have stayed longer. Lastly, somebody who spoke spanish only banged on our door at 10:50am to let us know check out was at 11am which we clearly knew.

There was only one duvet cover on top of the bed, no flat sheet, no cover. It wasn't enough to cover both of us so we've been cold all night after the cold shower. - no way to control the AC

Nice location for Marlins and calle ocho

Ideal location to want to walk to both a Marlins game and to Little Havana, only a few blocks for both. Room was small and clean. Small kitchenette was heplful. The bathroom was very small and the shower was the narrowest i have ever seen, just wider than my shoulders. The staff was very prompt and helpful with communication. I had a great night of sleep, neighborhood was residential and quiet.
