Very surprised how great this stay was for the price! The front desk guy was friendly! This boutique hotel was the cutest! This stay included lounge chairs, towels,water,ice and they even had an extra beach umbrella for us to use. Me and 10 other friends stayed for 3 nights and no complaints! High recommend staying here, right across the street from south beach and food and drinks everywhere!

The place was very vintage and staff were friendly but It was cooler in hallway than my room. My only recommendation would be getting a sound machine for the rooms especially for the rooms on the first floor because you can hear literally every sound in the hallway. From staff talking, cleaning ,and other guests throughout the night but other than that I really enjoyed this place and they give you beach supplies. I would stay here again. Hopefully on a more quieter floor.

The hotel is ideally located across the street from the beautiful beach with an excellent and attentive staff that is available 24 hours a day at the service desk to assist with any issue. It’s my 3rd time staying here and it’s always been an incredible stay that provides great accommodations at an excellent value in a highly popular area. If you appreciate a classic and simple boutique hotel with the Art-Deco design and style of quintessential South Beach, the Cavalier hotel is a great establishment to enjoy your Miami Beach experience.

I just want to say that Cavalier hotel was exceptional. If I could give 10 stars I would. Philip and Alejandro were amazing! Very kind, helpful and willing to make sure your stay is worth your while. I brought my 9 year old with me and it was perfect being so close to the beach. Very clean hotel, and the rooms were nice and comfortable. The food was great, and the overall vibe was perfect. Can’t wait to come back! If you are looking to come with friends or family this is a beautiful hotel with amazing people running it. For the price you will not be disappointed.

Staff was excellent. Hotel is in a convenient location. Complimentary beach chairs was much appreciated. Just know the walls are not sound proof which is beyond the staffs control. You will hear every thing in the hallways and room above you…everything.

We liked the property. We didn’t spend much time in the hotel room we were out and about most of the time so all we needed was a nice place to sleep. The rooms are small, but cute. The hotel amenities are basic. The hotel has a lot of architectural charm. It’s a little bit of a walk to the beach, but not a big deal. The staff was very pleasant. Overall we had a good stay.

When you open the windows, there is no outside view it’s nothing but parking building. Maybe I just got unlucky with the room I was put in. But overall the experience is good. Excellent for solo travelers, I also love the vintage old Hollywood aesthetic that they use in the stairwell.
