DO NOT RENT FROM THIS PLACE!!!!!One of the worst experiences I have ever had renting. We show up, the place smells a bit like mold. There is a blood stain on the comforter, the stove does not work, the extra sheets and blanket smells like BO, as if it hasnt been washed in 3 months, only one towel, no mattress protector, no clean sheets. We tell the property owner and they have a housecleaner come. She reveals a massive dirt stain on the mattress which she proceeds to half heatedly scrub with a sponge, and then puts on our sheets on the wet mattress, which the wetness seeps into the sheets, leaving us with no clean sheets, and no comforter. The owner says that they will remedy the situation by providing us with new sheets, comforter and mattress protector, but as a courtesy, will refund the first nights stay as we did not stay there due to the disgusting nature of the apartment. After the stay, the owner goes back on their promise to refund the first nights stay, claiming that because they cleaned, and gave us new sheets, they do not need to provide a refund; things which should not have been had to been provided if the place was clean and ready in the first place. I have attached pictures of the stains, but what i cannot attach is the smell of the apartment, the smell of the extra bedding/blanket, the fact the stove did not work, and no mattress protector. This owner is dishonest and a liar.
