The unit has a fully equipped kitchen for all your cooking needs and features granite countertops. All pots, pans, utensils, cookware, & glasses are available for your stay. There is marble flooring throughout all living areas and bedrooms.
Rental rates include Wi-Fi in the apartment & cable.
THE SPACE: The best views in Sunny Isles! Northeast corner at La Perla provides direct ocean front and city views. Massive terrace offers great outdoor space and you can hear the waves from the balcony.
The master bedroom has a king bed with access to the balcony and ocean views. The master bathroom features a large walk in shower and also a tub. Bathroom is on-suite to the bedroom.
The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed with access to the balcony and ocean views. The second bathroom is on-suite to the bedroom and features a tub/shower combo.
There is a half bathroom/powder room located in the living room.
Washer/dryer in the apartment for all your washing needs.
Linens and towels are provided. However, we do not provide soap, shampoo, or laundry/dishwasher detergent.
GUEST ACCESS: Valet parking, fitness center, private pool, kids room, club room, & beach service that includes chairs, towels, & umbrellas.
The condo is located in an ocean front building that provides top notch services & amenities. La Perla is a newer built building with a great location in the city and also in relationship to things to do around Miami/Fort Lauderdale area.
NEIGHBORHOOD: Everything you need is within walking distance if you don't want to drive. Shopping, restaurants, and grocery stores are all around. Centrally located to all major highways.
The Aventura Mall and Bal Harbour shops are quick 5 minute drives. South Beach and Fort Lauderdale are both about 25-30 minute drives. Miami International Airport (MIA) and the Fort Lauderdale Airport (FLL) airports are both about 30-35 minutes away.
ADDITIONAL FEES PAID OUTSIDE OF VRBO:
APPLICATION FEES: All guests over the age of 18 must go through a building application / screening process. Each guest will consent to a background check and pay $100/adult or $100/married couple. These fees are paid by the guest after booking directly to Tenant Evaluation.
VALET PARKING CHARGES ONE TIME FEE: Guests will have access to valet parking at a one time fee of $10 which covers your parking decal for your entire stay. This ONE TIME fee is paid by you to La Perla directly & only one car is permitted per booking. If you have additional cars you can either rent a space or buy parking passes from the building directly.
GUEST ID'S / BEACH SERVICE / POOL ACCESS ONE TIME FEE - Guests will register with the office at arrival and receive guest ID's. This ONE FEE is $25/adult and is paid at check in directly to La Perla's office. Your guest ID provides you access to the building, elevators, pool, and also beach services.
TOWEL CARDS - There are a maximum of 4 towel cards per unit and 1 bedroom units only have 2 towel cards. If lost, the cost to replace is $75. Please leave all of them in the unit when you depart or we will need to charge for each car missing.
We are not a hotel. We provide basic supplies (1 toilet paper roll per bathroom, 1 paper towel roll for the kitchen, and small starter soap/shampoo for the bathrooms). Any cleaning supplies, laundry detergent, soap etc that is left over from other guest will remain but we do not stock these things for our guests. Please plan accordingly for your stay.
LA PERLA CONSTRUCTION - PLEASE READ
La Perla is currently working on the exterior renovation of balconies and stucco. Also they will be painting the building during this process. Intermittent noise will occur during working hours Monday to Friday - 8:30 to 4:30pm. The balcony of this unit is closed currently until end of October. We have others that have open balconies. Inquire on availability.
The pool will be closed from June to December.
All Tenant Evaluation fees are non-refundable in the event you cancel your reservation. Owner and broker are not responsible to reimburse.
