You’ll have access to your private unit and the building services currently available during your stay. This is a new luxury residential tower with a resort-style amenity package still under development, with full completion expected in November 2026.

Important note: Some shared areas of the building are currently being improved. You may notice mild daytime construction noise or dust in common areas, but this should not impact the comfort of your unit. Construction activity is limited to daytime hours, so evenings remain quiet.

Required Guest Registration

For building security, all guests must submit their full name and a photo ID at least 24 hours before check-in. This pre-registration is mandatory in order for the building to issue access cards. Guests who do not complete registration in advance will not be able to receive access to the unit or building areas.

Parking

Valet parking only is available on-site, and payment is made directly to the valet team.

✔ Short stay (6 hours or less): $35 per vehicle
✔ Overnight stay (up to 24 hours): $60 per vehicle

Access Cards

A $50 fee per access card will apply for any key card not returned to the front desk at the end of the stay.

Check-in & Check-out

✔ Check-in: After 4:00 PM
✔ Check-out: By 10:00 AM
✔ Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may have an additional fee. Please request them in advance. Guests who remain in the unit past 10:00 AM without prior approval will be charged $70 per additional hour.
