Place sucks day manger was a complete ass hole we got in on an early flight with 2 teenagers went to the hotel to see if we could leave are luggage there now this was early in the morning night guy said yes it would be fine and would ask house keeping to let us know if we could get in earlier than 4 pm ok cool we leave and go to find some breakfast and walk around hoping we could get in to a room early came back to hotel around 10 am and the day manager was on talked to him about the room and getting in I was informed check in was at 4 pm ok so we think we can set in lobby for awhile we set down kids kick back we are there about 5 minutes and he send hotel security over to tell us we can’t have kids looking like they are sleeping and we needed to leave ok so we leave go walk around some more come back about 1 pm still rude so we try to set outside as to not use the lobby we set down outside and mind you we have been up for about 24 hours now so less then 5 minutes again he sends security over to tell us we can not set outside either and we need to go till check in ok we leave come back at 5 pm finally get in a room we go to sleep as now we have been up for like 30 hours so we get up next morning meet some other people who had come in on that morning flight ok we get coffee and food from the little shop in the lobby we go out and set in the lobby to have our coffee and snacks we set down about 5 minutes here comes security again to tell we cannot eat there and need to leave

Interesting experiment, it's a hotel and a resident building, and an airbnb. Service is confusing (e.g. "breakfast included" which my wife & I enjoyed day 1, on day 2 the staff warned us only 1 breakfast included, you will have to pay for the other). The service charges are insane, taxes are a lot. Pool under construction. It was just ok for me. They need to tone down the attitude & prices. Expensive for parking, cheap lot across the street.

Overall, our stay was excellent. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and we really enjoyed it. The only minor issues were in the mini kitchen area—we had a sink, plates, and glasses, but no sponge or dish soap provided, which felt a bit unusual. The TV in the living room also stopped working after the first day of our stay, and the WiFi was somewhat inconsistent at times. That said, everything else was great, and we would still consider staying here again

This hotel was amazing! It was very clean, the air conditioning - excellent, the beds were super comfy, and the suite had gorgeous views of the city. It was close to many restaurants and stores and within walking distance of the Kaseya Center and other museums, beaches, and other attractions. The restaurant Casa Gianna had delicious food, the pool was huge, beautiful, and well kept. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel elevators were the only downside. They were very slow and often got stuck. At times the wait was over 30 minutes! We experienced this twice in two days, but the hotel was so nice, it even had a certain scent that was so pleasant! I definitely recommend this hotel and I would definitely come back to Miami and stay here again despite the slow elevators. Just allow time for delays. It is a very tall building after all. There were groups of people there celebrating special occasions and it was fun to see them happy and excited to be staying there. I was happy to stay there as well.

Overall I wanted to love this property from the pictures, but after spending my time there it was pretty ok. We got to the room and it was really nice, despite the view having some constriction but overall still nice. I lived the bathroom the most. The kitchen area was nice as well but the fridge was not cleaned properly. There was hair in a lot of different places and it seemed like the room wasn’t thoroughly cleaned which I was not happy about but I just ignored it. Call me old school but I wish they had an iron and iron board, instead they had a steamer. The pool had a bit of construction going on but it was okay overall. This hotel has a lot of potential and I enjoyed my stay, just didn’t have the wow factor that I was expecting.

Room was gorgeous with a cool city view. Walkable area but not too far from anything. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Perfect location if you’re headed on a cruise… I only stayed one night before going to a cruise but I would definitely come back.

Traveled here with my girlfriends! It was in a nice area, loved the coffee shop. Although the parking was in a parking deck, it was very short walk. Clean property, quiet, just enough city buzz! They had security in hotel lobby, so I felt really safe. Anything that we requested from hotel they were very prompt in responding! Highly Recommend!

This is now my 4th time staying at Gale. I love it overall. Disappointed that every apartment I’ve stayed in varies in offerings (i.e. full length mirror, cooking utensils, etc). There was also no way to get ice. Another disappointment - security/pool. The staff at the hosts stand, paired with the pool security, could be a bit more welcoming. We purchased drinks (pricey ones) from Casa Gianna and were told to drink them or toss them, as they are not welcome in the pool area. That wasn’t a problem. The way in which it was conveyed was rude. In addition, there should be signage throughout the hotel, so that people can plan accordingly before getting upstairs and being stopped and wasting money.

Su Personal es muy racista y poco educado, sus elevadores no funcionan y todavía que tuvimos que utilizar las escaleras de emergencia desde el piso 15 aunado a su muy mal señalizadas salidas de emergencia, su staff en lugar de ayudarnos a salir, nos gritó y regañó por no decir lo menos porque según ellos no deberíamos de estar ahí, y lo peor, no nos ayudaron a salir y nos dejaron a la suerte. Afortunadamente su personal de cocina nos auxilió y finalmente pudimos salimos por ahí. Increíble pero cierto!!!
