The unit is oceanfront on the 17th floor with the most incredible wall-to-wall ocean view and direct access to the beach. The apartment is very spacious with 1,771 sq ft of living area + 625 sq ft a wraparound balcony for a total of 2,396 sq ft. This unit has a private elevator and has no congestion problems because it is not in the common elevator area.
