Great place to stay!
This is a great place to stay! Our family of 4 including 2 teenagers stayed here. The place is clean and comfortable. Our daughter liked that she had her privacy in the twin bed in the nook. The outdoor space is nice! We enjoyed the lights at night. Communication with the owners is fast and helpful. We did not have a car however it is a short walk to Calle Ocho with many great places to eat. We walked about a mile to a shenandoah pool. It costs $3 and is a great place to swim. We also walked about 2 miles to Vizcaya Museum. We would stay here again!

Trip to Explore Miami and see family
We had a great time touring the local area with the help of a family friend. He guided us around town and we enjoyed some fabulous food and Cuban coffee. We went on our own to visit the Coconut Grove area. Try the Green Street restaurant for lamb chops and the Salt and Straw for hand made ice cream. The home was clean and was just the right size for the two of us. We only had a cup of coffee in the morning as we ate out Do not hesitate to stay in this lovely cottage. We would not hesitate to stay again.

My wife and I just got back from a short vacation to Miami. Our little guest house in Little Havana was terrific. It was in a great location. It had everything that we could need.

Fantastic place to experience Little Havana
We would stay here again in a heartbeat! Great value and location. We had everything we needed and then some. We didn't have a car with us, but if we did we would have been able to keep it behind a security gate. That is very reassuring.

Love it here!
This was our second time to stay and we loved it even more. Its a cozy welcoming place where we are able to walk to restaurants and stores. The locked gate and personal parking space make it a safe area with no worries. We will be back!

Ce que nous avons apprécié le plus c'est l'emplacement (à 25 minutes à pied du stade de baseball des MARLINS, à 25 minutes en Über de Miami Beach et à 2 minutes à Pied de la vibrante Calle Ocho. Pour la propriété, on se sentait en sécurité et nous avions tout ce que nous avions besoin, même des bouteilles d'eau froide au frigo. Il y a plusieurs lézards et moustiques à l'extérieur, mais la demeure semblait bien propre. Nous étions bien à l'air climatisé, même si la nuit elle peut être bruyante. Merci Alberto ☺️

I was very pleased that when we arrived we encountered a very cozy and comfortable place .The unit itself has lots of amenities and extras. We slept in a very comfortable and clean bed. My daughter (11) was very happy of having her own little area to sleep. Kitchen has all the supplies that we need in order to cook. I couldn't use the patio and the grills, but next time that we stay ,definitely I will. Thanks Albert and family for this lovely stay. 👍 Mariana, Millie and Camila

we were looking for something very authentic for a little Havana and this is just the right place. Comfortable and basic, nothing fancy. some little touches in need but not to worry. Slept well and would definitely recommend this as the price is worth all.

Everything you need for your Little Havana Getaway
This was an excellent place to stay for a quick trip to the Miami area. Host was super helpful and very communicative! Quiet neighborhood and the kitchen and bathroom is stocked with everything you need. Extra blankets and pillows were awesome! Don't waste one more minute thinking about it and book this spot today!

Quiet and easy access
This property is only a short drive from the airport and served well for a brief stay in Miami. The area is quiet but easily accessible with off street parking provided. Accommodations were adequate and issues were addressed promptly. It is only a very brief walk from lots of shops and restaurants along Calle Oche in Little Havanna. Enjoyed our stay.

My family and I had a quick weekend getaway in Little Havana last weekend. I wanted us to stay in a quaint Spanish-type property, and Alberto's property certainly fit the bill and definitely did not disappoint. It is located in a very nice, quiet, safe neighborhood, two blocks from the main drag of Calle Ocho which was perfect for us...literally a three/ four minute walk. The house itself is super clean, very comfortable, and had every home-away-from-home amenity that you might need. We particularly appreciated this since we arrived in on a flight and were ride-sharing (ie. no car). There was bottled water in the refrigerator, condiments, coffee, tea, creamer, dish soap, hand soap, shower gel, toilet paper, sunscreen - items one often has to bring when staying in a Vrbo. Alberto was also very helpful in recommending local restaurants. We had a great weekend, albeit short, and we would definitely stay here again if we have the opportunity to return to Miami.

Great spot in Little Havana
My family and I took a vacation exploring Florida. We based our Miami visit from this cute tiny home. The owners were very responsive and the place was clean and tidy. (A bit cold but we soon came to find out that apparently everyone in Florida keeps their homes under 70 F degrees as all the other VRBOs we're like this... 😂). We were going to have something delivery and the owners were okay with it. Loved the fact they saved the driveway for us. No hassles with parking (though if you have more than one car you may have issues). Two beds (one for two people, and then a single) with a pull out couch for two people). Owners gave some great food places to go to. What we loved the most about this place was it's location. Being in Little Havana was like being in a foreign place... Little to no corporate America influence (i.e. no Wal-Mart's, Targets, big chain grocery stores). We also loved the fact that two streets up had a street full of restaurants and shops... For each of our nights here, we just walked to find dinner. One of the nights had a little festival (which was a pleasant surprise as we had no clue and stumbled across it by accident when walking for food). Highly recommend this place for location and great housing. Just a word for those who are more posh... This guest home is older so there are quaint characteristics to the home (like crack flooring and narrow kitchen) - go somewhere else if you want spacious rooms and emaculate brand new like aesthetics. Don't book here and then give this great place a bad review. We loved our stay.

A Great Stay in Little Havana!
We had such a great experience from beginning to end. Alberto and his family are excellent hosts. I told him what we were interested in and he immediately sent me a list of places to dine and have coffee. Both were big hits! We were within walking distance of everything we wanted to see in Little Havana and loved relaxing in the backyard. He has truly created a very relaxing oasis and we loved the lights. It was also so nice to be able to do laundry at the end of the hot Miami days. I definitely recommend Alberto’s place. You will not regret it!

The guest house was perfect for me and my friends. Great location in quiet safe neighborhood that was only 15min uber to South beach and other popular locations. The hosts were very friendly and accommodating and even emailed a list of the best locsl restaurants. Property offers washer and dreyer which was perfect for our sweaty clothes after sight seeing. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

At first we had a stormy morning soon we landed and hard time navigating in finding the location but Alberto was patiently redirected us until we find the place and let us checked in early as well. Soon we opened the door, we felt at home already! Our exhaustion was faded away. Everything was perfect and cozy. The host sent us recommendations for local food and everything we’re great! Just what we needed
Alberto's cozy guest house was perfect for our family of 4. The place was clean and had all the amenities needed for our 3 night stay. We enjoyed walking to Calle Ocho and driving a short way to the beach. The backyard is nice for the kids to get their wiggles out. My son kicked a nerf ball onto the roof of the guest house and Alberto went out of his way to get it for him. We would recommend this location to others wanting to stay in Little Havana and would stay again if in the area.

My husband and I was looking for a place close to the habana area . We found this little house that truly felt like home . Space, clean, efficient and literally everything you could need. Close to Everything

We stayed with Alberto for my wife's birthday celebration. Upon arrival there was a bottle of wine and a lovely note welcoming us to his home. The place was clean and had everything we needed to be comfortable. The neighborhood was charming and just steps away from Little Havana. Alberto was very accommodating when our flight got delayed. Places that are a must to visit: Bariloche Gourmet (bakery two blocks away), Cafe La Trova (live music and dancing), Old's Havana Cuban Bar & Cocina.

Loved this place. It was nice, neat and very cozy. The home was located in a centralized location. I have visited the country of Cuba in the past and lets just say I prefer this place over the actual country itself. They are totally different places and "Little Havana" does not compare at all to the real Havana.

Super cozy spot right by Calle Ocho
This was the best place we could have asked to stay for our 2 week vacation in Miami. The space was kept very clean and was a super close walk to all of the amazing shops and restaurants on Calle Ocho. It was also about a 20 minute drive from Miami Beach, which is perfectly reasonable! Our puppy loved the backyard area and so did we, it was super cute and had lights hanging from the trees! Overall an amazing stay, make sure if you're above 5'9 that you duck when entering the bathroom, as the door is small!
