Kick back and enjoy a chill getaway in this gorgeous, spacious 2-story home located in a peaceful and exclusive neighborhood. With room for up to 12 guests, it’s perfect for family trips or group hangouts. Some cool features include a heated pool, a fully stocked kitchen, and a patio with a BBQ for outdoor dining.



Just a quick heads up: The garage is private. You’re welcome to use the bicycles, but please don't touch anything else since that's off-limits and private property.

✪ Sleeping Arrangements

➜ Downstairs bedroom: Features a bunk bed with a queen-sized bottom bunk and a full-sized top bunk. It has direct access to a shared bathroom with three entrances: the bedroom, family room, and pool.

➜ Master bedroom (upstairs): Features a king-sized bed, room-darkening shades, a balcony/terrace, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower, bathtub, bidet, vanity, and TV.

➜ Bedroom 2 (upstairs): Features a king-sized bed, and en-suite bathroom with a shower.

➜ Kid's room (upstairs): Features two twin bunk beds, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower.

1 bathroom Downstairs: Shared access from the downstairs bedroom, family room, and pool area.

3 en-suite bathrooms upstairs: Including a luxurious primary en-suite with a bidet and TV.

➜ Fully stocked kitchen with a fridge, stove, dishwasher, and small wine fridge.

➤ IMPORTANT NOTE FOR 1 WEEK STAY OR LONGER:

Toilet paper, garbage bags, and basic toiletries will be provided for the guests at the beginning of the stay. It will then be the guest's responsibility to provide for these for the remainder of their stay.



Guest Access:

➤ Quick heads up: The garage is private, but you’re welcome to use the bicycles stored inside for your enjoyment. Please avoid touching anything else, including the car and the generator as those items are private and off-limits. Also, note that there is a security camera inside the garage for monitoring purposes. Other than that, you will have access to the entire unit. Please, make yourself at home.

Getting Around:

➤ Unfortunately, I can't offer a bag drop-off service. For those arriving early or having a late flight, you can use bagbnb site to find options to drop off your bag for a fee.



➤ I am not responsible for lost packages. If a package arrives at the property while you’re away it will be returned to sender. Please make sure that if you are ordering a package you will physically be there to receive it as I will not be able to track it for you.
