THE SPACE:

The furnishing inside will match your view. High-end appliances, professionally designed interior, an awesome panoramic view, an ocean view from the living area with coastal views and everything necessary for you to have a comfortable stay!
Exclusive and luxury building with resort amenities including gym, pool and beach service (included in resort fee that you pay separately at the front desk while check-in).
This apartment is great for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), and big groups.
Living Area:
The main living space is professionally designed to be tasteful as well as comfortable for your stay. The open plan kitchen has everything you will need for your stay including utensils and even a coffeemaker. From the kitchen island you look out to the living room/dinning are as well as beautiful views through panoramic floor to ceiling windows. The dining area has a table and six chairs. The dining area leads into the living area which has a comfortable couch along with a Smart TV that is perfect after a long day at the beach.
Master Bedroom (Intercostal/Side ocean view):
The master bedroom has a king sized bed with high quality memory foam and ecologically produced bed linens and beautiful ocean views. The walk-in closet provides plenty of space to store all your clothes and the master bath has a separate shower and tub so that you don’t have to wait for your turn. This bedroom has flat screen TV.
Second Bedroom (Direct ocean view):
The 2nd bedroom has a queen size bed and direct ocean view. This bedroom has flat screen TV as well. Plenty of closet space and own bathroom with shower.

ROOFTOP POOL - Located on the 9th floor, infinity-edge ocean view pool, Jacuzzi, sundeck (included in resort fee).
FITNESS CENTER - Fully-equipped Fitness Center overlooking the intercostal (included in resort fee).
BEACH ACCESS - The beach service will provide 2 beach chairs and one umbrella (included in resort fee).

Age limit to check-in is 21+ years old.
UPON CHECK-IN YOU WILL BE ASKED TO PAY THE FOLLOWING FEES:
(Fees mentioned below have been provided by the resort and subject to change without prior notice):
- Resort Fee is $40 + tax per night
- Parking is $42 + tax per night
- Security Deposit is $150 per night (to be paid at the front desk during check-in using a Credit/Debit card, refundable upon check-out). The Security Deposit is mandatory for all the guests.
EV Charger is available and guest have to pay for it separately.
*Only two beach chairs and 1 umbrella included in resort fee.
Please note: Extra beach chairs are available on a first come first served basis, consider arriving early to secure them particularly during high season.
Pack 'n Play / Travel Crib:
A Pack 'n Play (travel crib) is available upon request for an additional fee of $100. Please let us know at least one week before your arrival if you’d like it prepared for your stay.
Housekeeping during stay (optional):
$140.00 +tax
This option is provided by the resort and available to book only via email to "centralized", The front desk can provide further details and options to help you reserve a spot.
**Early check-in needs to be confirmed with "Hyde Beach house" hotel directly by calling, They would be able to check you in as soon as the property gets the confirmation for the inspectors.
***Late check-out fee is $120 for 2 extra hours based on availability and must be confirmed with STAY TODAY representative at least before 1 day check-out.
- BUGS & CRITTERS: Please note we routinely spray the property for bugs and insects, however if you do come across any little critters please keep in mind that Florida is a sub-tropical climate. To help prevent this, keep the doors closed.
- Kindly note: the unit offers sufficient amenities for a short-term stay, and we encourage you to discover nearby supermarkets, shops, and plazas to replenish any additional items according to your preferences, taste and needs.
- Please note that smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property as well as on balconies or backyards and front yards of houses (if applicable). To maintain a smoke-free environment, we enforce a strict no-smoking policy. Any violation of this policy will result in a penalty of $500.
