A comfortable sofa that pulls out into a second bed, a smart TV and a desk. Friends in town for a game, a concert or Art Basel can share one place instead of two hotel rooms.

THE KITCHEN
A stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, blender, and the pots, pans and dishes to cook a real meal. There's a washer and dryer in the unit too.

THE BUILDING
Your stay includes the rooftop pool and loungers, a fitness center, co-working space, game room, screening room and outdoor grills.

STAYING LONGER?

GETTING HERE
Drive down for the weekend or take the Brightline from Fort Lauderdale or Orlando. The station and rideshare pickup are steps away.

THE WHOLE APARTMENT IS YOURS
You'll have the entire one-bedroom to yourself: bedroom, living room, kitchen, bathroom, laundry and the private balcony.

BUILDING AMENITIES
Registered guests can use the rooftop pool and loungers, fitness center, co-working space, game room, screening room and outdoor grills during building hours.

HOW CHECK-IN WORKS
The Crosby registers every guest, so arrival takes one quick step on your part:
1. At least 24 hours before check-in, send us a photo ID, phone number and email for each adult through Airbnb messages.
2. We register you with the front desk and send you your unit number and door code.
3. Stop at the front desk from 3:00 pm to check in, then head up.

Check-out is 11:00 am.

PLEASE BOOK WITH YOUR FULL GUEST COUNT
The building only admits registered guests, so anyone not on the reservation won't be let in. If your plans change, message us and we'll update it.

PARKING
Parking is valet only, run by the building and paid to them directly.

WE'RE A MESSAGE AWAY
Your stay is managed by Halite Capital Property Management. We're not on-site, but we're quick to answer. Message us through the Airbnb app any time and we'll reply as fast as we can, usually within the hour during the day.

BEFORE YOU ARRIVE
We'll walk you through registration and check-in so the front desk has everything ready when you get there. Flight times help us plan early check-in or luggage drop-off when the schedule allows.

DURING YOUR STAY
If anything isn't working, tell us right away and we'll get it fixed. The front desk can also help.

NO SURPRISE CHARGES
The price you see on Airbnb is the full price. There's no security deposit, no resort fee and nothing to pay at check-in. The only extra is valet parking if you bring a car.

PARKING
Valet only, run by the building and paid to them directly. The rate was about $40 a night when we last checked, but we are not affiliated and pricing is subject to change without our notice. Not driving? The Brightline and rideshare pickup are steps away.

GUEST REGISTRATION
The Crosby requires a photo ID, phone number and email for every adult at least 24 hours before arrival. Please book with your full guest count, since unregistered guests can't enter the building.

FLEXIBLE TIMING
Early check-in, luggage drop-off and late check-out are often possible. Ask when you book and send your flight times.
