The Space:

THE SUITE

The bedroom features two comfortable Queen beds facing a large flat-screen Roku Smart TV, perfect for unwinding after a day at the beach. The room is tastefully furnished with warm wood accents, elegant lighting, and a cozy seating area. Step out onto your private balcony and take in sweeping views of the Intracoastal Waterway, the bay, and the vibrant Sunny Isles skyline. It is a picture-perfect setting for morning coffee or a sunset cocktail.



KITCHENETTE

The unit features a fully functional kitchenette equipped with a microwave, mini fridge, sink, and a Keurig pod coffee maker. While there are no full cooking facilities such as a stovetop or oven, the kitchenette is perfectly set up for light meals, snacks, beverages, and breakfast. Laundry detergent and fabric softener are provided. Extra towels and linens are stored in the kitchenette cupboards.



BATHROOM

The bathroom is beautifully appointed with both a deep soaking bathtub and a separate glass-enclosed shower, finished with elegant marble-style tilework. A granite vanity, hotel-quality towels, and a full set of toiletries including shampoo, conditioner, and soap are all provided. 8 towels are provided per stay. The nearest major airport is Miami International Airport (MIA), located approximately 25 to 30 miles from the resort, about a 35 to 50-minute drive depending on traffic. Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport (FLL) is approximately 20 miles north, roughly 30 to 40 minutes by car and often a more convenient option for travelers flying from the northeast or midwest. Rental cars are available at both airports, and rideshare services operate consistently throughout the day and night.



DRIVING

Having a car gives you the most flexibility for exploring the greater Miami area. Collins Avenue (A1A) runs directly past the resort and connects Sunny Isles Beach to Bal Harbour, Surfside, Miami Beach, and ultimately South Beach to the south. Interstate 10 connects the valley to Los Angeles and the greater Inland Empire. Parking at the resort is valet-only and available for a nightly fee.

South Beach is approximately 11 miles south, roughly 20 to 25 minutes by car. The area is flat and pedestrian-friendly along the beachfront corridor.



PRO TIP: Traffic on Collins Avenue can be heavy during peak season (December through April) and on weekends. Plan beach excursions and restaurant reservations for early morning or early evening to avoid the busiest hours.
