Exclusive! CLEAN 3BD/2BA home in safe area close to everything!
This is a fully furnished 3bed/2bath house and is perfect for family’s or groups of friends. Enjoy our huge yard filled with mango, avocado, and palm trees! Stroll through our butterfly sanctuary and nap on one of several hammocks. Located in a really safe neighborhood, we are 3 blocks from the bay, 10 min to Brickell, 10 min to South Beach. We’re also walking distance to dozens of fantastic restaurants.

The space
Our home is very clean and has high ceilings throughout. 3 bedrooms all equipped with smart TVs, 2 full bathrooms, a full kitchen and dining room. In addition, our living room has a cloud couch, large screen smart TV and is located along side our fully screened-in enclosed patio which also has a large table and couch perfect for dining or lounging.
Guest access
Guests have full access to the main house and may inquire about renting the guest house as well which is a one bedroom plus full kitchen and full bath. The driveway, large enough for 4 vehicles, patio, and backyard hammocks are shared between the main house and guest house.

Comfortable and quiet
Property was on a quiet street in a decent neighborhood. Easy to get to restaurants and grocery stores. There is a guest house in the back and may have renters there. Overall a good place and would recommend.

Great property, easy check-in, amazing communication
It was a very nice property, very clean, very comfortable, very quiet and tucked away from the usual miami noise. Very nice yard, mature trees, large driveway, well stocked. The host was amazing with communication and responded every time within minutes. I highly recommend this house to others.
