Exceptional stay. Very nice house - and in a great area. Super friendly and accommodating owner. Even got a chance to meet some cool neighbors. Clean, spacious, well-lit, a great stay.

Extremely unprofessional, Charged 1200 for two night. The host had people in the property for the first night and had my family split into two smaller properties in the back. The next had my family take all their stuff back into the car until the original property we booked was ready.The host told me I would get an additional complementary stay, but every time I ask for a date its booked, and host just stopped responding so I eventually gave up on that.What was a costly relaxing family time with my loved ones it ended up being a stressful mess.Stay Way from this unprofessional host.

Great house…

Our friends were staying at Cadillac hotel in Mid-beach Miami. This house was as close as you could get without being in hotel on the sand. It was roughly 4 miles /15 minutes drive, great location. We were even able to walk and grab lunch from a deli. While getting off the freeway the neighborhood was concerning, as you travel east to the ocean the neighborhoods gets much nicer.House was very clean. Beds were comfortable. Only complaint… the front bedrooms need some blackout curtains. The street lights and security and landscape lighting shine in the bedrooms all night long. The rooms stay lit.
