checked out early

Our unit overlooked Walmart, its parking lot and was next to a major roadway. The traffic noise prevented us from using the balcony. Eventually we couldn't take the traffic noise and we checked out early. We had a partial view of the intracoastal waterway which was nice but we couldn't use the balcony due to the traffic noise to enjoy the view. Very disappointing. We requested a different unit but were told there was none available. We were staying for 2 weeks! The carpet in the entire unit was soiled and worn and should have been replaced. We reported this but the property manager said the stains wouldn't come out. The bedsheets were not good quality and were queen-sized but the bed was a king. The 2 elevators could not handle the capacity of the hotel causing long waits averaging 20 minutes on a regular basis. On the bright side, the entire staff was very helpful.

Great location with first class service

My experience at Beachwalk was fantastic. All of the staff were friendly, attentive accommodating, and genuinely pleasant to deal with. The unit was just as described and could not ask for anything more. The location was very close to everything with easy access to anything I wanted. Would recommend this to anyone for a great few days!

Beautiful apartment!

The apartment was clean and exactly as pictured. The view of the waterway from the balcony was fantastic! Enjoyed taking the shuttle to the beach each day. There is also a shuttle service to Aventura Mall and the Hollywood Boardwalk. Our only criticism was the elevator situation. Two elevators for such a large building was grossly inadequate, and often resulted in lengthy delays.
