Pro: - Very clean, every morning, the 11 - 3 floor is cleaned, and dirty towels are sent for laundry. - 24 x 7 reception and help - Clean Towels and blankets on demand - locker has locks provided Con: - There is a mandatory extra "resort" fee of 11$ per day (on top of Expedia prices) - Too many exits, with people keeping going in and out - The provided storage/locker have very small height, it can't hold bags bigger than laptop bags (so clothes and personal belongings are out in open.

If you book through Expedia there will be additional fees - which was not exciting to discover when you're traveling and ready to rest, and the hotel doesn't budge on that which was upsetting.... otherwise the staff was great, the cleaners worked their hardest to keep up with all the traffic pool got shut down right as I arrived and wasn't back up 5 days later unfortunately. and one of the showers was rusted and the roof was coming in. honestly after the frustration around hidden fees and I got into my bed, I was comfortable and it was a safe landing pad I appreciate the attentive front desk and the crew working there

I had an amazing stay at this Miami Beach property! The host was incredibly welcoming, making sure everything went smoothly from check-in to check-out. The space was pleasant, stylish, and well-equipped. Their kindness and responsiveness made our stay stress-free and unforgettable. Highly recommend for anyone visiting the area. The location couldn’t have been better—just a short walk to the beach and nice restaurants.

Check in went okay. We weren’t shown how to use the door to get in. When we went to make our bed, we pulled out the blanket and old food fell out of it. There were also someone else’s personal belongings in the drawer. Comfy beds though!

When you check in you get a set of card keys for the entrances of where you’ll be staying. They were unnecessary as all areas are accessible without key cards. You, or anyone else, can enter any part of the sleeping area whenever you’d like without access limitations. Bathrooms and showers were dirty for the entirety of our stay with toilet paper in the showers and in clogged toilets, but none to use in the toilet paper holder areas. However, front desk staff were nice and the location is convenient- very close to the beach. Overall, I would recommend staying anywhere else.

The location is excellent, with easy access to the beach, bus stops, and dining spots along Collins, Washington, and Ocean Drive. However, the beds are extremely uncomfortable. I was initially assigned a bed with a broken locker and later moved to a top bunk partially covered by a low ceiling, which made it difficult to sleep. The mattress was poorly maintained and caused back discomfort. While the staff is friendly and the cleaners do a great job, the lack of monitoring in common areas and bathrooms is an issue. Guests often leave restrooms dirty and unflushed, and loud TV use in the common area starts early and goes late into the night, disturbing others. More oversight and improved maintenance would enhance the overall experience.

Really enjoyed my stay here at Posh!🌞💝✨ I consider myself mildly claustrophobic and germaphobic haha, but this place was nicely cleaned and if something wasn't (since this is a mixed hostel and some people can get really messy...🤢...🥰) they would clean right away for the short time when I was inside, for I was outside for most of my stay. And plenty of outdoor space and furniture areas to enjoy. I really enjoyed that! Plus the indoor amenities such as laundry, TV room and space was nice! I just want to add one suggestion for improved safety for everyone💝 The locker for the upper bunk should be assigned on the same side as the ladder that they have to come down on. Instead of the bottom bunk person having a locker right below the ladder that the upper bunk person has to climb down causing the person on the upper bunk to have to wait until the person on the bottom bunk is finished rummaging through their locker so they can close it for them to safely come down. Overall, this was a great stay at Posh and there's nothing that can't be worked out! Five stars, I will return!🌞💝✨
