Pro: - Very clean, every morning, the 11 - 3 floor is cleaned, and dirty towels are sent for laundry. - 24 x 7 reception and help - Clean Towels and blankets on demand - locker has locks provided Con: - There is a mandatory extra "resort" fee of 11$ per day (on top of Expedia prices) - Too many exits, with people keeping going in and out - The provided storage/locker have very small height, it can't hold bags bigger than laptop bags (so clothes and personal belongings are out in open.

I truly appreciate my stay here! You definitely get what you pay for the place is clean, well-sanitized, and well-maintained, especially considering it’s a shared space. The morning cleaning lady was so sweet and helpful with everything I needed. The only small challenge was the language barrier with some guests, but aside from that, everything was great. I had such an enjoyable time and got to network with so many amazing people in the lounge areas upstairs and downstairs. It’s always a friendly and welcoming atmosphere here. This was my second stay, and I’ll definitely be back again soon!

The location is very good. You can reach the beach quickly, and Ocean Drive as well as other attractions are within easy walking distance. The bed is comfortable. You do have to make the bed yourself, but that was not a problem at all. For valuables, you get a large locker under the bed (including a lock). I was able to store two backpacks in it. The common living area is also very spacious and well equipped. There is a large couch, chairs, and a TV. In addition, the rooftop terrace with a pool is very nice. However, there are quite a few negative points. On some nights around 3:00 a.m., people were very loud. That said, a staff member came and told them to be quiet. There are also very few power outlets near the beds, and the top bunk has none at all. Because of this, I had to charge my power banks during the day so I could charge my phone at night. The kitchen is poorly equipped. There are only two glasses, one stove plate, and the refrigerator is overcrowded and dirty and smells (one fridge for about 40 people). In addition, the toilets are not cleaned very often, and toilet paper is almost always missing. The showers are okay. Cleaning did improve after new staff members started working there. However, it is important to note that the cleanliness issues were mainly caused by the guests staying there

If you book through Expedia there will be additional fees - which was not exciting to discover when you're traveling and ready to rest, and the hotel doesn't budge on that which was upsetting.... otherwise the staff was great, the cleaners worked their hardest to keep up with all the traffic pool got shut down right as I arrived and wasn't back up 5 days later unfortunately. and one of the showers was rusted and the roof was coming in. honestly after the frustration around hidden fees and I got into my bed, I was comfortable and it was a safe landing pad I appreciate the attentive front desk and the crew working there

I had an amazing stay at this Miami Beach property! The host was incredibly welcoming, making sure everything went smoothly from check-in to check-out. Check in went okay. We weren’t shown how to use the door to get in. When we went to make our bed, we pulled out the blanket and old food fell out of it. There were also someone else’s personal belongings in the drawer. Comfy beds though!

When you check in you get a set of card keys for the entrances of where you’ll be staying. They were unnecessary as all areas are accessible without key cards. You, or anyone else, can enter any part of the sleeping area whenever you’d like without access limitations. Bathrooms and showers were dirty for the entirety of our stay with toilet paper in the showers and in clogged toilets, but none to use in the toilet paper holder areas. However, front desk staff were nice and the location is convenient- very close to the beach. Overall, I would recommend staying anywhere else.
