Let’s say it loud and clear because it’s necessary, and it seems i am not the only one that experienced this by looking over internet comments
The staff is just the worst i have ever experienced by travelling almost 6 times a month. Not a smile, not a hello, never repliying a polite hello, hi or any normal and polite sentence
From the unexpected 450$ deposit, to the breakfast room, all staff were just changing the whole vibe. I cant believe its a management strategy
I will also dig into my statements to check if i dont have any bad surprise after check out, like beverages or alcool taken from the room that i never touched
Seriously guys : get yourself a smile, its free
Management haves to fire a lot of people here
Lets now hope they didnt took me money without my consent. Really tricky deposit, any other experience regardibg that is welcome
