The stunning Italian kitchen is right out of Architectural Digest and opens to a dining and lounge area, as well as the backyard and bbq area. Offer great indoor and outdoor space to entertain family and friends. This modern contemporary house offers fresh vision of architectural design. Includes game room, dining area, and upstairs terrace.
Parties are not allowed.
No smoking inside.
No loud music or DJ outside at any time.
Quiet hours 10pm - 9am.

Great suburban house!
Rented house for multiple days to shelter my husband, a nanny, and our kids. Great location for kids that had half-day of online school as the backyard is well equipped with a pool, ping-ping table, etc. House manager removed a painting we disliked quickly and without fuss. The house was perfect for us. Would rent again.
