Check in was awful. We waited 5 hours for our room to get clean. The elevator kept braking down. We had to take the stairs but otherwise we had a beautiful oceanview and the beach was 5 mins away. We met Andres the bartender and made our stay so much better. We would come back again.

Do not stay here. The check-in process was a nightmare because they “overbooked” the room. After a long and exhausting day of flying, we were left waiting in the lobby for over an hour with no clear solution. During that time, I was on the phone with Expedia for an entire hour while their agent tried to find us another hotel. Interestingly, a room “miraculously” became available only after Expedia stepped in and started looking for alternative accommodations for us. That was extremely frustrating and made the situation feel poorly handled. Once we finally got into the room, the AC wasn’t working. We called maintenance, but they couldn’t fix it — instead, they brought us a fan. In a warm climate, that’s simply not acceptable. I also tried calling the hotel multiple times before and during our stay, and the phone number doesn’t even work. No one answers. A hotel should have a functioning phone line and staff available to take calls. Overall, the experience was exhausting, disappointing, and unprofessional.

The rooms are outdated. Plug ins didn’t work, lights would flicker in the bathroom, bedside lamp wouldn’t work. Pictures online are VERY deceiving! Staff was rude and didn’t know much if you asked a question. Only 1 elevator worked and stopped at every single floor before taking you down to lobby. There’s no parking close, and valet parking is at the hotel next door.

I never got to check in. The lobby was full of guests without room assignments. Front desk people were arguing and cursing with guests. It was a scary scene. After waiting 2 hours for a room I decided to leave and found another hotel. When I called Expedia to receive a refund the hotel actually tried to say I never showed up. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone.

I'll give it credit for nice lobby area and pool but the room could definitely use upgrades also they have two elevators but only one was working and that one is as slow as molasses in January in Canada. Also says they have breakfast, if anybody likes to eat in a room with the smell of burnt food ( and the smoke you could see all over the lobby ) I'd say this would be the place to go. If they would upgrade their services and rooms it could be a very nice place to stay , just remember the pictures always look better than the actual thing.

The airconditioning did not work. The regrigerator did not work. The wifi did not work. The balcony reeked of pot. The room smelled odd. There was only 1 towel upon entering the room. The hutch for our clothing had drawers that did not close. We left before staying the night and booked elsewhere. DO NOT STAY HERE!!

After reading all the reviews i was terrified. Is someone going to break into my room in the middle of the night? Are the rooms terrible? Do they never clean the rooms? Etc… for a three star hotel the place was very good. Location is top notch. The walking area between beach and hotel top notch. The pool area was actually huge and very impressive. All new umbrellas and chairs. The lobby was massive and had two pool tables and other games for the kiddos. The breakfast was totally fine just pay the extra few bucks and upgrade and keep it moving. Walking distance you have a Walgreens , Publix and all types of affordable restaurants ( Cuban, Brazilian, Peruvian , etc). If your looking for a 4 or 5 star hotel then you have to be willing to Pay 4/5 star prices. If you want a great bang for your buck this 3 star hotel is very good. Will be coming back again!

Couldn't check in because the WiFi was down that resulted in not having a key to my room, no access to the elevator for one day. The TV only had one channel Nickelodean, I'm 67 y/o. The thermostat was inoperable. The breakfast was inadequate.

Very outdated hotel with slow and unresponsive staff. Room doors are difficult to open and close and often require force. Cleanliness needs improvement. A coffee machine or at least a kettle for hot water would be a nice addition. One night is more than enough. Location is okay, but there’s nothing nearby.

The room didn't have any dressers!! we asked for a luggage rack and never received one. I used the refrigerator to put my luggage on and my husband had to leave his on the floor. They don't have coffee makers or microwaves in the rooms. They only have two elevators and one wasn't working and on a later date the other one wasn't working and guest had to use the stairs,our room was on the 9th floor

Room was horrible not as advertised. Did not have real continental breakfast that was free. Didn’t clean our room or bring towels the entire time there. Elevators didn’t work and we had to walk 10 flights and when it did start working only one side worked. Door was jammed and didn’t close, had to use hip to open and close door.
