Very bad customer service , all 1 big scam

I am extremely disappointed for my mom stay at your hotel. I expected a much higher level of service, and unfortunately, you have not met even the basic expectations. If my requests are not addressed immediately, you leave me no choice leave an honest and very negative review for keep charge my both credit card for nothing , after you switch us 1 room in the last minute give us a dirty room and not clean broken fridge all the room was with all Insects and cockroaches , no towel and if she like a towel the place didn’t want to give her not a simple things like a trash can on the restroom , the TV was weird to handle not working yea working you guys keep charging my card for nothing , feel like you just want to scam people but not me I will fight for my right !!!! As someone with extensive experience in the hotel industry and a large network of clients worldwide, I understand what quality hospitality should look like. It’s truly unfortunate that this is the experience I’ve had at your establishment. I sincerely hope you take this matter seriously and rectify the situation before it escalates further.
