The check-in experience was extremely frustrating. My wife was at the front desk trying to check in, but since the reservation was under my name, the staff asked her to have me call. I called seven times—each time the phone was picked up and I was immediately placed on hold without a single word. No greeting, no “please hold,” just ring, click, hold. It wasn’t until my wife informed them in person that I was the one calling that they finally answered on my eighth attempt. This kind of service is unacceptable. The staff showed zero professionalism or courtesy.
