It was the best choice I’ve made, checking in was easy and very fast. Entering the room smelled good and clean. Host stayed communicated with me during my stay and best place if you are heading to the beach. Food all around and night is not to loud. I highly recommend this place to stay if it’s a small family. I will definitely be booking with them once I make another trip to south beach

The location is truly amazing. I wanted to be by the beach so I opted to give up more comfort. The rooms have potential for something more uplifting, updated without it being a huge undertake. I would suggest a good deep cleanse with bleach and a good scrub down. I wish the rooms had more amenities…..like coffee pot a small bottle of water but it wasn’t a “deal breaker” although …. Yes they have downstairs but the rooms could use a revamp the staff is very friendly front desk do their best to be respectful and polite . They definitely need a new washer and dryer ! ASAP I would stay again

Overall, it is a good place to stay. Early check-in is paying (25$). If necessary, luggage can be placed at the front office in the open. The area of the hotel was perfect. 1 minute from beach and on beach strip with restaurants. There are many stores around. Room cleaning on demand was good. Towels are, however, available near the lobby, including shower products and toilet paper. There is a washer and dryer if needed. Rooms could be refreshed (paint, ventilation). No ventilation in the toilet. Weak blow-dryer that over heats. The shower pressure was good. The beds were comfortable. Staff was always available and nice at all times.

Had an awesome stay! Room was clean and bed was comfy. Location was 10/10. Staff was very welcoming and helpful. Nothing fancy if you plan on staying in the room all day but awesome as a place for getting ready and spending the night. Definitely getting your money's worth. Will be staying there next time we're in miami. :)

Super cool being so close to the beach and on the beach walk super convenient for going to south Miami and the hotel itself was okay just somewhere to stay. But the staff was again okay at first then as I’m going up the elevator two lady’s were talking pretty sure about me. because we wanted to check in early we got there at 5 am and had to wait till 4pm to check in and was obviously super tired. And I was super cool about it was more then willing to pay the early check in fee was super respectful to them and greatly appreciated them trying to get us in early. And the two lady’s then proceeded to say I’m the worst and needy and joked about just having me check out. They didn’t know I could hear there loud mouths. And even if it wasn’t about me why say that about your guest were paying money for your service so what if we are needy that’s how if freaking works. But expect for that decent place.

Starlite is my go to hotel on south beach because of the location and price point. Using Expedia, round trip airfare and a stay literally across the street from the beach you can’t beat. It’s not luxury but it serves its purpose. The only thing I will recommend is that they get new mattresses.
