OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:


To ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay, please review the following important information:

* Lease Agreement

A full lease agreement must be completed, including names, dates, and total charges.

* Valid ID Required

All adult guests must provide valid identification (U.S. Driver’s License or Passport for international guests).

* Application Fee

A non-refundable $100 application fee is required and must be paid by the guest.

* Pack 'n Play / Travel Crib: A Pack 'n Play (travel crib) is available upon request for an additional fee of $100. Please let us know at least one week before your arrival if you’d like it prepared for your stay.

* Pet Deposit (If Applicable)

A $250 refundable pet deposit applies if you're bringing a furry friend.

* Payment Methods

Payments can be made via credit card or check.

* No Smoking Policy

Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors, on balconies, and in outdoor spaces. A $500 fine applies for any violations.

* Residential Use Only

No parties, events, or large gatherings. Only registered guests may stay overnight.

* Commercial Use Not Allowed

The property may not be used for business, public events, or promotions.

* Overnight Guests Must Be Registered

All overnight occupants must be listed in the reservation.

* Local Amenities Nearby

For anything you may need, nearby shops, grocery stores, and plazas are easily accessible.

* Keep Doors & Windows Closed

To maintain A/C performance and prevent humidity damage, please keep windows and doors shut.

* Bugs & Critters

We perform regular pest control, but Florida’s climate may still bring the occasional visitor. Keeping doors closed helps!
