Great house but check your number of occupants.

This house was great! It had all the amenities we could have wanted including pots and pans, dishware and even some specialty utensils. The outdoor space was especially nice with lounge seating, a hammock, a grill, and even a swing set for the kids. The owners were very responsive to our needs. The only real negative was the breeding in the cottage. It was small and very uncomfortable if intended to sleep on. I would say the house actually sleeps 5 ppl comfortably. Adding 2 for the king bed.

A great place to stay

Overall things were fantastic, I got up for a run each morning to the nearby key and the location made it perfect, it's about a 25 min walk from the key, brickell, and Lil Havana. All places worth checking out. There was some hiccups with the VRBO but the owner had great communication and was accommodating. Well put together place.

Stay in The Roads

Great location and house. Great for families and neighborhood is safe and walkable for those visiting Miami for the first time. The Underline (walking path to downtown or nearby gardens) is great and only a block away. House is well appointed and comfortable. Host is great!

Loved it! Everything was perfect. Loved the interiors and the outside! There’s a master bedroom with a view to the backyard, which was the best part.

It wasn’t what I was expecting

I came in thinking there were 4 beds to sleep in but there were only 3 and the fourth was a thin floor mattress in the living room that wasn’t the most comfortable. There were a lot of bugs and even a giant cockroach roaming around the room. I will say the communication was pretty good and the other rooms were fine but it was those things that drop the rating for me.

Great Rental in a Fantastic Location!

My group of friends and I stayed at this VRBO for our first trip to Miami. We had a wonderful time exploring the city and this house made the stay even better. The accommodations were great with two full bathrooms and the location was perfect. It is in a safe neighborhood setting allowing us to take several walks during our time here. The proximity to downtown made Ubers both inexpensive and convenient. Overall, we would highly recommend this rental to any group staying in Miami.

Great house - great spot

This two bedroom house with a an annex in the back garden was great. Being a native of Miami I knew the area well near Brickell .. Key Biscayne - Coconut Grove .. with easy access to the airport and the highway south each was just a short skip away.. owners were lovely - house immaculate with easy parking .. will stay again .. nice for kids too although I did not have any - a swing set - toys .. all very nice thank you

fantastic experience

I can't speak highly enough about the property, the neighborhood and the hospitality. As someone born and raised in Miami, this was the very first time I brought my family and kids (quadruplet toddlers) to my hometown where I was born and raised. I highly recommend the property, and not to mention, the central location to wonderful attractions and locations throughout the Miami area. We would definitely return to this property and hope to be back again soon!

Cute Miami stay

This adorable rental was perfect for our family Christmas vacation! The house was stocked with everything that we needed to enjoy our Christmas getaway. The beds were comfortable the kitchen was stocked with accessories. But the best part was that there were so many things for children, like books, games and even bath toys! And the swingset in the backyard was perfect. I would highly recommend this rental! Even got the opportunity to meet the owners and they couldn't have been nicer people.
