Staff was amazing! Israel was such a help! All staff were just so kind. The bed was not super comfortable, but the room in general was great. Location was fantastic! I would absolutely stay here again!

The hotel is in a good location with easy access to the ocean and convenient for evening walks, only a block away from the ocean drive. The room is spacious with two comfortable beds and a nice shower. The downside is the facility is a bit old, but all in all offers good value for the rate.

Hotel was convenient. Close to many restaurants and just across from the beach. No parking at hotel. You had to park at either the parking structure or paid meters. The room had a few minor issues: The Shower head was leaking and the shower curtain had a mildew smell. Room towards front needed more lighting. Other than that it was a good place to stay.

This was my first stay here and I must say any issue I had it was addressed immediately. William and Christian have to be the Best folks to meet and greet at the front desk. Suites on South Beach is not only spacious but definitely located in a great location.
